Scope
All offers, performances and deliveries are exclusively made on the basis
of this terms and conditions.
All offers in the Kverneland-Fanshop shall be without engagement and shall not
be binding.
Colours may vary from those illustrated, no reason to complaint on the basis
of this. Designs or products subject to modifications.
Prices
All prices stated in the catalogue include VAT and packing, but exclude postal charges.
Orders
Please use for your orders the Kverneland-shop order form. The delivery are
Subject to an order in writing.
The minimum value is 50,-€. Surcharge for quantities below minimum is 5,-€.
Of course the products can be ordered and obtained over the Kverneland authorized
dealer nearby aswell.
Payment by private customer
Full payment becomes due with order. Payment shall be paid in advance by bank transfer to the account of the Kverneland service provider, the Mode & Sickerei Kampmann GmbH in Bielefeld/Germany, stated in the order form – or by direct debit transfer on the basis of your direct debit authorisation. No delivery before receipt of payment.
Payment by Kverneland authorized dealer
The Kverneland dealer order on the basis of Kverneland Group payment and delivery conditions against invoice by Kverneland group. For delivery the service provider gets release from Kverneland Group.
Retention of title
The title in the goods remain at Kverneland Group or the service provider until the buyer has made payment of all sums owing to the seller.
Delivery time
The goods are delivered usually within 10 workdays from date of order.
If a product is to be out of stock, a separate confirmation of order is made
with specification of date for subsequent delivery.
Express deliveries are only effected if expressly requested by the buyer and
on his own expenses.
Postal charges
Delivery of goods takes place within Germany with parcels up to 31kg and
a maximum size of 60x40x60 cm by GLS Parcel service.
For every parcel we charge a fee of 7,00 €.
If, for a large order, a bigger parcel is needed and higher costs come into being,
we inform the customer via e-mail or telefax. Additional postal charges for deliveries
abroad are at customer’s expense.
Right of exchange and return
Neither the exchange or return of specific printed or embroidered products
is possible.
You shall be entitled to send the order back on presentation of invoice document
within 14 days from date of dispatch.
All return shipments have to be in mint condition i.e. in the original packing
including all accessories and labels.
Return shipments have to be prepaid. Not prepaid deliveries will be refused.
Postal charges will be repaid in case of justifiable complaints. Complaints and
returns have to be announced in written form and have to be released by us.
For all purchasers, except the Kverneland authorized dealer, the Kverneland service provider, the Mode & Stickerei Kampmann GmbH, Carl-Severing-Str. 60-62a, 33649 Bielefeld (Germany) is contracting partner.
